• Pioneer New House - New home with green design and materials choices.
• Lakeview Addition - Historic home addition built with ICF. Other components include double-pane Low-E windows, lcynene insulation and a designw ith good window placement.The owner's kilowatt per day electric usage has decreased to lower amounts than the original house used.
